[cli-reference] fix current version of python-mistralclient

'mistral --version' is broken in the release version of
python-mistralclient and will be fixed with
Iaa006fedb4ffacbadbaf3b04923eee868b83ad0b in a newer version. The
correct current version is 1.1.0.
