Remove BoxGrinder contents from image-guide
In Chapter 6. Tool support for image creation the tool "BoxGrinder" is not actively developed anymore, therefore remove the section. Closes-bug: #1473346 Change-Id: I7d0e00ce4df50c2e56888727c723f1db1baa5042
