Rodrigo Caballero 1d00f3ef16 Adds the UX Personas descriptions. 
This User Experience personas are meant to help developers
identify the target audience for their work.
This is the first pass for the content.
The intent is to provide the general information for all five personas
in a consistent manner.

Additional content such as infographics, comparison tables, etc., will
be part of subsequent additions.

OpenStack user experience and user interface guidelines

This section describes UX (User eXperience), UI (User Interface), and GUI (Graphic User Interface) guidelines. It intends to improve OpenStack user experience by suggesting non-prescriptive methods and techniques in the following sections:

  1. UX Personas: The UX personas are intended as referential use-cases that designers and developers can use when building content.

  2. GUI Guidelines: The GUI guidelines are intended for designers and developers contributing content to GUI projects.

  3. UI Text Guidelines: The UI text guidelines are intended for designers, developers, or reviewers contributing content within OpenStack user interfaces.
