Gauvain Pocentek cb1cfbee2c Don't include the not-yet-written HOT sections 
Instead of displaying a bunch of TODOs, comment out the sections that
need to be written to provide a cleaner output.

The intent is to have a first release of the HOT guide in the user
guide.
