KATO Tomoyuki 4d5841ab50 [config-ref] consolidate logging config options into common
Use the logging section in the common configurations chapter.
Change their option flags to "disable" that is implemented
with patch Ied2d03d1c7f71f5712fcf57d4499e127db327b7d.
Also, fix a few incorrect flagmappings.

Orchestration service

orchestration/api.rst orchestration/clients.rst orchestration/rpc.rst orchestration/logs.rst tables/conf-changes/heat.rst

The Orchestration service is designed to manage the lifecycle of infrastructure and applications within OpenStack clouds. Its various agents and services are configured in the /etc/heat/heat.conf file.

To install Orchestration, see the OpenStack Installation Guide for your distribution (docs.openstack.org).

Note

The common configurations for shared service and libraries, such as database connections and RPC messaging, are described at common-configurations.
