Ian Wienand 58cb728310 openafs-deb-package-build: sign created debs 
This is step 1 in promoting the openafs deb packages to the
openstack-ci PPA.  It should grab the debs from the gate build and
sign the .changes file with our key.

This is intentionally not uploading yet as we just want to test the
secret import and signing path before we add the key and permissions
to the upstream PPA.

OpenStack Infra Zuul jobs

This repo contains a set of ansible playbooks which are used by the OpenStack project CI system Zuul. It also contains job and project-template definitions for the OpenStack project. You should edit these files to make configuration changes to OpenStack Infrastructure CI.
