Update git submodules 

* Update puppet-neutron from branch 'master'
  to 8522ba85566feca76ed0bea2ce71d0e5d554c0e0
  - Merge "Drop old workaround to install keystoneclient"
  - Drop old workaround to install keystoneclient
    
    Now Neutron depends on keystonemiddleware, and keystonemiddleware
    depends on keystoneclient, thus we expect that keystoneclient is
    automatically installed.
    
    In fact in both CentOS and Ubuntu, the base pythonN-neutron package
    requires the pythonN-keystonemiddleware package, which requires
    the pythonN-keystone package.
