Update python-openstacksdk references to openstacksdk

Now that the repo is renamed, update all of the references.
While we're at it, remote unused translation config.

Installation

At the command line:

$ pip install openstacksdk

Or, if you have virtualenv wrapper installed:

$ mkvirtualenv openstacksdk
$ pip install openstacksdk
