Remove Sheepdog connector
The Sheepdog project is no longer active and the driver has been removed from Cinder. This cleans up os-brick related code for the driver. Change-Id: I9684db3ab134aeccce9f2ca47c29cdccaa8c5697 Signed-off-by: Sean McGinnis <sean.mcginnis@gmail.com>
