os-brick/README.rst
Eric Harney cf9ee24aba Update README to drop py3.6 reference
s/3.6/3.8/ since setup.cfg demands 3.8.

Drop the note about "db type could not be determined"
since this is, IIRC, a python 2->3 issue.
