Claudiu Belu ca59942bd3 Rename project to os-win 
os_win will be the official name of the project. Updates the
name accordingly.

Installation

At the command line:

$ pip install os-win

Or, if you have virtualenvwrapper installed:

$ mkvirtualenv os-win
$ pip install os-win
