Andreas Jaeger c18ea684da Remove pot files

We do not store pot files anymore in repositories,
instead they are published at
http://tarballs.openstack.org/translation-source/oslo.middleware/master/ after
each commit and thus always accurate. Remove these outdated and
obsoleted files.

oslo.middleware

Oslo middleware library includes components that can be injected into wsgi pipelines to intercept request/response flows. The base class can be enhanced with functionality like add/delete/modification of http headers and support for limiting size/connection etc.
