Fernando Royo c7b0c7ee9d Reduce coverage threshold on stable branches 
This patch suggests lowering the coverage threshold to
90% for older stable branches, as long as all the
necessary tests have been reviewed and there are no
omissions.

ovn-octavia-provider - OVN Provider driver for Octavia LoadBalancer

OVN provides virtual networking for Open vSwitch and is a component of the Open vSwitch project. This project provides integration between OpenStack Octavia and OVN.
