hussainchachuliya 213b29a070 hacking: Use uuidutils or uuidsentinel to generate UUID
Added hacking check to ensure that UUID is being generated from
oslo_utils.uuidutils or uuidsentinel(in case of test cases)
instead of uuid4().

OpenStack Nova

OpenStack Nova provides a cloud computing fabric controller, supporting a wide variety of compute technologies, including: libvirt (KVM, Xen, LXC and more), Hyper-V, VMware, XenServer and OpenStack Ironic.
