daisycloud is an installer which provides automated deployment and
management of OpenStack and other distributed systems.
daisycloud is an open source project (https://github.com/opendaisy)
and has been used widely by our customers already. To attract more
developers to join us, we would like to take the advantages of using
the OpenStack tool-chain and development infrastructure.
daisycloud-core is the core module project of daisycloud.

This is to prevent a manual release as this project is managed by the
release team.
Julia Kreger should +1 this before merging.

This seems to have been an oversight when this project was created;
create stable branch ACLs to match ironic stable branch ACLs.

The Searchlight content from Horizon is moving from a patch
on master to be developed as a plugin to Horizon. This change
sets up the repository and the gate jobs for the new repository
so the code can be moved.
At the horizon mitaka mid-cycle, we decided to move this to a plugin
for the Mitaka release. It was not possible to do so until
several patch dependencies merged on horizon master. Those
have now merged, so we are able to put this into its own repo.
Created temporary repository from the review on master.
On top of that, considerable moving of files and additional
pieces were added to complete the plugin.
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/searchlight-ui has been created with
the appropriate permissions for openstackci.

Modern microversion headers can be tricky to parse so a group of
concerned citizens decided we need a small library to parse them
in a consistent fashion. This adds a project, microversion-parse,
that contains a python library to do so. It's upstream is at
https://github.com/cdent/microversion-parse
For this project, no distinction is made in gerrit between core,
release, or stable maintainers. Core can do any of these.

Currently the related freezer code to talk to the API and
query the storage media is hosted in the openstack/freezer repo.
We would like to follow the same convention/organization as
other OpenStack projects and place the code on a dedicated repo,
hoping also to reduce complexity and increase readability.
The new repo name would be: openstack/python-freezerclient
Implements blueprint: freezerclient

Now there are many people and enterprises using private clouds
and public clouds, such as OpenStack, VMware vCloud Director, AWS,
Azure and so on. Because clouds' API models are different from
each other, users will meet the following problems:
* High cost of learning
* Large workload to deploy the business in a new cloud
* Difficult to scale out the workload across the different clouds
The target of jacket project is to offer the standard OpenStack
API model for these heterogeneous clouds.
Jacket project's wiki is https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Jacket.

This is yet another fuel-plugin-detach-* project,
created under Openstack namespace.
Note, that this is not an official Fuel project,
however, is actively developed by the "community"
under private respository on github:
https://github.com/adidenko/fuel-plugin-detach-haproxy
Will support more than one Fuel release, starting from 8.0.

This devstack plugin will allow for testing a variety of system-level
tools within a devstack job.
The original idea comes from needing to test libvirt+qemu in nova but
this plugin can trivially be extended to allow neutron to test newer
version of ovs or dpdk.
Currently it is not attached to any Big Tent project but once it's
utility is proven I imagine it will fall under either Nova or QA.

Now Zaqar-ui gets a good support from Horizon team and several
UI experts are working on zaqar UI. So it doesn't make sense
now to use the zaqar-core team to manage the zaqar UI project.
This patch proposes a new group for zaqar UI.

Set up (temporary) pre-release ACLs for the soon-to-be-created
stable/mitaka branches (only for managed projects following the
milestones-driven release model).
This will be reverted post-release as we let stable maintenance
teams take over control over stabel branches.
