Fuxi focuses on enabling Docker container to use Cinder volume
and Manila share, thus Docker volume can reuse the advance
features and numerous vendor drivers in Cinder and Manila.
With Fuxi, Cinder and Manila can be used as the unified
persistence storage provider for virtual machine, baremetal and
Docker container.

We have moved to a situation where diskimage-builder is being used
widely outside of a strict tripleo setup, so add a new release group
so people can have permissions just to release dib. We will add
tripleo-release to this group to maintain status quo.
While we are here, bring dib-utils (diskimage-builder's util library)
into line with dib by using the same acl config. tripleo-core is a
member of this so no permissions are removed.

The project provides a Bareon-based deployment driver for Ironic
and supporting tools (e.g. DIB elements).
Once Bareon get stable data/deploy drivers mechanism in place, the
Bareon's own data and deploy Ironic drivers will also be
added to this project.

broadview-ui is a Horizon-based panel that can be used to configure
openstack/broadview-lib and openstack/broadview-collector.
The UI allows an administrator to select which metrics supported by
broadview-lib are to be collected, and how that collection is to be
performed.
This project is the third of an overall contribution that will supply
BroadView metrics data gathered by broadview-lib to monitoring
projects like OpenStack Monasca.

broadview-collector is a plugin-based, scalable service that allows
for the publishing of networking underlay data supplied by
openstack/broadview-lib to services like OpenStack Monasca, and
OpenStack Ceilometer. The initial contribution targets Monasca API,
but the plugin architecture allows broadview-collector to be extended
to support other metrics-based services as well.
Each plugin consists of two objects derived from base classes defined
by broadview-collector. A serializer object converts data received by
broadview-collector into a JSON format that is acceptable to the
target metric collection system. A publisher object takes this
serialized data and publishes it to the target metric system. Both
the serializer object and publisher object are registered in a
configuration file. broadview-collector supports multiple publisher
plugins at the same time.
This project is the second of an overall contribution that will supply
BroadView metrics data gathered by broadview-lib to monitoring
projects like Monasca.

Whenever a project-specific ACL declares exclusiveGroupPermissions
on some permission, it can block other valid uses of that permission
which would otherwise be inherited from the All-Projects pseudoACL.
Make sure that Project Bootstrappers retains access to abandon,
-2..+2 on label-Code-Review and -1..+1 on label-Workflow. Also make
sure Change Owners can still abandon and add -1..0 on
label-Workflow, and that Registered Users can always -1..+1 on
label-Code-Review.
This change corrects existing ACLs to meet the above criteria, and
also introduces a normalization rule to prevent regression.

Moving from bluebox to openstack/
Giftwrap is a utility to build artifacts from git repos, specifically
OpenStack project repos. A common pattern is to build python venvs out
of the repos, with expressed extra content to go into the venvs, and
wrap those up into into a packaging format such as deb or docker. Blue
Box uses this to build and deploy OpenStack code and there has been
great interest in other operators making use of it too. We're beinging
it into OpenStack to better manage contribution, testing, etc...
All code has been developed under an Apache 2.0 license and has no
restrictions on distribution or deployment.
Giftwrap will run regular meetings, and after the iniital PTL period for
Jesse Keating, PTLs and core members will be decided by election.
Giftwrap was introduced to the broader OpenStack community at the Paris
OpenStack Summit, and has been discussed and shared at numerous Summits
and Ops Meetups since.
Giftwrap has been ran as an open source project since its inception, and
has accepted contribution from contributors outside of Blue Box. To
broaden the contributor base we want to divorce it from the blueboxgroup
organization to make it clear that it is a general purpose tool rather
than something explicitly for Blue Box's needs.
Note, launchpad and pypi are "python-giftwrap" due to a naming
collision.
