I think I generally messed these up on the original import as every
stat seems to refer to the same thing. Over time, the layout of
openstacksdk stats has changed meaning this doesn't work at all now.
Use stats that are actually in graphite which should show the overall
health of API requests.

Scaling down once more, memory is doing good, but CPU
seems to get a bit explosive and impacts CI performance.
32 -> 24 at this point reduces risk and load potential by 25%.

Unfortunately with 40 we still saw OOM kills, Launch Errors as
well as reported long run times due to CPU overcommit.

Unfortunately 50 instances on the current crashes out nova-compute.
Let's find a happy number, so the cloud is responsive. Setting to 40, but
anticipating that we may have to go even lower for consistency and responsiveness.

We're going to be expanding the available IP addresses on this cloud and
I have been told we probably want the cloud to be disabled for this
work.

This module has been incomplete and doesn't support very fundamental
resources like packages, services and so on. Because we haven't seen
any effort to complete its implementation for a long and we have
received no objections to dropping the module[1], I'd propose retiring
this module from Puppet OpenStack now.

long enough for nodepool to clean up after itself.

This is the next step in cleaning up the inap provider. We set empty
resources lists in nodepool config for the inap provider so that
nodepool will automatically clean up after itself.

We made many changes in Neutron check and gate queue jobs. This patch
reflects them in the Grafana dashboard.
It also reorganize dashboard a bit by e.g. changing order of the
periodic jobs to be the same as defined in the Zuul's config file in
Neutron and consolidates some jobs like docs and pep8 into one graph.

The OVN BGP Agent allows to expose VMs/Containers through BGP on OVN
environments.
Initially, the agent will watch the OVN databases and react to events
such as VMs being created on provider network or VMs with attached FIPs
and advertises them via BGP.
In the future we would like to integrate the agent with other projects
such as the neutron-dynamic-routing [0] and re-use it's API.
The project is being proposed under x/ because it needs to mature prior
to requesting it to be included under the Neutron Stadium Projects
umbrella [1].

This module still depends on outdated interface of puppet-python which
was already removed. Because we haven't seen any intention to keep it
maintained[1], I'd propose retiring the module now.
