Matt Riedemann 75b5eb1e17 Remove gate-grenade-dsvm-ubuntu-xenial ...

With 1d6cc0771a3399300117f488e9d71e7ea46a4d82 we run neutron
in master branch jobs by default now. Nova is working on
restricting nova-network to only start in cells v1 configurations
in Ocata. This means that the nova-net based grenade job config
won't work on Ocata changes, and it doesn't run on stable/newton
changes because those run the gate-grenade-dsvm-ubuntu-trusty job.

So as this job config is no longer supported in our CI system
let's just remove it.
