Deprecate redundant defined type
The murano::application defined type is just a wrapper of the murano_application resource type and does not contain quite useful logic. We can deprecate the defined type and let users us the raw resource type instead. Change-Id: I63e90ce95c80f4f2f39ead858996e0545bb1f2c7
