Takashi Kajinami 11d9570319 Fix duplicate/wrong assertions ...

This is follow-up of 0f52aa0eec and drops
duplicated assertions and fixes the wrong title name.

Also this creates the separate test case per parameters to ensure
a specific parameter works as expected.
