Takashi Kajinami 40168fe70a Add integration jobs with OpenVox ...

Unfortunately puppet is no longer open source. Start testing OpenVox,
which is a fork of Puppet and is maintained by the voxpupuli community,
so that we can explore the option to replace puppet.
