The commit e0260afbd9 updated the default
git repository used by the tempest class from Github to OpenDev Repo.
This change adds a release note about that change, to make users aware
of that switch.

Overview
Module for installing and configuring tempest.
Tempest is the test suite that can be used to run integration tests on an installed openstack environment.
This module assumes the provisioning of the initial OpenStack resources has been done beforehand.
