Mehdi Abaakouk bf99e10ece Don't always load client

This change load client only when a command requires it.

This avoid to connect to API is not needed and avoid the
auth plugin to ask something, if the user just request help.

python-gnocchiclient

Python bindings to the OpenStack Gnocchi API

This is a client for OpenStack gnocchi API. There's a Python API <api> (the gnocchiclient module), and a command-line script <shell> (installed as gnocchi). Each implements the entire OpenStack Gnocchi API.
