Remove test behaviors abstraction for secrets smoke tests
Will remove the test behaviors abstraction from secrets smoke tests. Tests will be rewritten to use the barbican-client directly. Change-Id: Id6c96c966bf811e281a5b33d7a720b6af41a132c
