aad72944f1 Error message is not correct when list/show non-exist lease 
The error message always print out a lease resource in the error
message for a non-exist lease, update the error message to make
the message is clear and easy to understand.

ea21932b97 Handle elapsed_time params in climate client 
Adding elapsed_time_to_seconds function on utils module in order to handle the
elapsed time params used by climate client in a more safer way.
