ZhiQiang Fan 09ad1ed7a3 Remove out-dated exceptions

There are some exceptions defined in exc module, which is introduced
two years ago, and it is marked as DEPRECATED in the same time. It
should be removed for now, since there are no longer used.

Python bindings to the Ceilometer API

This is a client library for Ceilometer built on the Ceilometer API. It provides a Python API (the ceilometerclient module) and a command-line tool (ceilometer).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
