Chris Dent 5bc02fe57b Add a post_test_hook for gate-run functional tests

This does the necessary to gather up the results and publish them
properly for the gate job. Based on similar changes done for
python-novaclient.

Python bindings to the Ceilometer API

This is a client library for Ceilometer built on the Ceilometer API. It provides a Python API (the ceilometerclient module) and a command-line tool (ceilometer).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
