liu-sheng 617f7f87cb Improve --debug logging output

This change makes the following improvements to the output of a
ceilometer command with the --debug option set:

* Silences spurious logging from iso8601 and urllib3.connectionpool
* Removes the line number from the logging format, since the intent
  of --debug is to show the user what network requests are occuring.

Python bindings to the Ceilometer API

This is a client library for Ceilometer built on the Ceilometer API. It provides a Python API (the ceilometerclient module) and a command-line tool (ceilometer).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
