Mehdi Abaakouk 6736ac66b1 Ignores endpoint_type if interface is provided 
When a keystone session object is used, if endpoint_type and interface
is provided, we must use interface and drops endpoint_type.

This is a client library for Ceilometer built on the Ceilometer API. It provides a Python API (the ceilometerclient module) and a command-line tool (ceilometer).
