ZhiQiang Fan c343b184b8 use mock instead of try...finally

There are some test code use try...finally block to catch or ignore
the stdout message. The job can be done by mock too, and it is cleaner.

Python bindings to the Ceilometer API

This is a client library for Ceilometer built on the Ceilometer API. It provides a Python API (the ceilometerclient module) and a command-line tool (ceilometer).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
