Jia Dong f75c253650 py3kcompat: remove in python-ceilometerclient

Everything is already in six>=1.4.0 and we already depend on such a
version. There's no reason to keep this file. So remove py3kcompat
from python-ceilometerclient.

Python bindings to the Ceilometer API

This is a client library for Ceilometer built on the Ceilometer API. It provides a Python API (the ceilometerclient module) and a command-line tool (ceilometer).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
