Andreas Jaeger df56f7af7f Update hacking for Python3 ...

The repo is Python 3 now, so update hacking to version 3.0 which
supports Python 3.

Fix problems found:
E117 over-indented

Blacklist:
E402 module level import not at top of file
W504 line break after binary operator
