Cao Xuan Hoang 0803befc05 Add Python 3.5 classifier and venv

Now that there is a passing gate job, we can claim
support for Python 3.5 in the classifier.
This patch also adds the convenience py35 venv

Python bindings to the Designate API

This is a client library for Designate built on the Designate API. It provides a Python API (the designateclient module) and a command-line tool (designate).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
