Endre Karlson 2dad9c38a3 Support OS_INTERFACE and set V2 API as default

This makes the client work with OS_INTERFACE / --os-interface and
makes it use the version 2 as default for dns.

Python bindings to the Designate API

This is a client library for Designate built on the Designate API. It provides a Python API (the designateclient module) and a command-line tool (designate).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
