Freezer command line tool add argument: "--os-backup-api-version"
1. You can select an API version to use by ``--os-backup-api-version`` option or by setting corresponding environment variable: export OS_BACKUP_API_VERSION=1 Default Freezer API used is v2. 2. Add freezerclient.shell unit test cases. Change-Id: I2946c7397834046fca3f1155588cd04083e07302
