According to Openstack summit session [1], stestr is maintained project to which all Openstack projects should migrate. Let's switch to stestr as other projects have already moved to it. Python bindings to the OpenStack Backup/Restore API (Freezer)
This is a client library for Freezer built on the OpenStack Disaster Recovery API. It provides a Python API (the freezerclient module) and a command-line tool (freezer). This library fully supports the v1 Disaster Recovery API.
Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
