This option causes the installation of the "glance" command to fail in the functional tests. We have removed it from glance and glance_store in the past to improve compatibility with tox>=4.0, so let us do the same in glanceclient. Change-Id: Ia5bf8d5f90e9cd98adc65c3fa80ce4c87eebad9c

Python bindings to the OpenStack Images API
This is a client library for Glance built on the OpenStack Images
API. It provides a Python API (the glanceclient module) and
a command-line tool (glance). This library fully supports
the v1 Images API, while support for the v2 API is in progress.
Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide. The master repository is in Git.
