Steve Baker 18e110dbf0 Add mock as a test requirement A project-wide concensus is forming that mox should be phased out and mock should be encouraged for writing new tests. Python bindings to the Heat orchestration API

This is a client library for Heat built on the Heat orchestration API. It provides a Python API (the heatclient module) and a command-line tool (heat).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
