Steve Baker 18e110dbf0 Add mock as a test requirement

A project-wide concensus is forming that mox should be phased
out and mock should be encouraged for writing new tests.

This change allow mock to be used for new tests.

Python bindings to the Heat orchestration API

This is a client library for Heat built on the Heat orchestration API. It provides a Python API (the heatclient module) and a command-line tool (heat).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
