Kui Shi 8c61700fad Replace mox with mox3

Mox3 is an unofficial port of the Google mox framework
(http://code.google.com/p/pymox/) to Python 3.
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/mox3

Align with global-requirement and update the importing clause.

Partial implement: blueprint py33-support

Python bindings to the Heat orchestration API

This is a client library for Heat built on the Heat orchestration API. It provides a Python API (the heatclient module) and a command-line tool (heat).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
