Rabi Mishra bd33e310e0 Set Content-Type header explictly for SessionClient 
SessionClient is subclassed from keystoneauth LegacyJsonAdapter.
LegacyJsonAdapter does not set the Content-Type explicitly
and results in decodeing issues in some cases.
