Kui Shi c27fc77fe2 remove python 2.5 support for parse_sql

Python 2.5 is not supported anymore, remove the obsolete code for parse_sql.

Python bindings to the Heat orchestration API

This is a client library for Heat built on the Heat orchestration API. It provides a Python API (the heatclient module) and a command-line tool (heat).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the OpenStack wiki. The master repository is on GitHub.
