Ruby Loo	56f19eef8b	Update release note for fix to required args ... Help for ironic commands was changed to show any required arguments in a different section from the optional arguments in b0641b1d996e78d6f771e3c635d684c27988bf37. The release note is updated to clarify that this change would be for any command, even though only two are affected by it now. Vadim Hmyrov	b0641b1d99	List required arguments in '--help' message in Ironic Client. ... The aim of this patch is to improve commands 'ironic help node-create' and 'ironic help port-create' so that the required arguments are listed in a dedicated section, but not in section 'optional arguments'.
