Currently the openstack-tox-docs job continuously fails because of the following error in sphinx build. ! LaTeX Error: File `tgtermes.sty' not found. This patch adds the required font package to bindep doc profile. Change-Id: I99f5e48d1f97dc102218c4a8bc66e2e07de81374
