Riccardo Pittau b7cb687b5e Explicitly set ramdisk type ...

The ironicclient-tempest job is based on ironic-base job which
will default to dib.
To prevent breaking the ironicclient CI we set the ramdisk
type to tinyipa for now and we'll convert the jobs here later.
