We support py35 now. We do not need python 3.4 in setup.cfg which declares the explicit supported versions. So it is no need to keep the supoort for py34. Change-Id: I6c0faf2642ec9e487173be0afce1d27064c56d4d

Python Karborclient
python-karborclient is a client library for karbor built on the
karbor API. It provides a Python API (the karborclient
module) and a command-line tool (karbor).
