Nikolay Mahotkin 37606f99ac Add CLI for client v2
* Added CLI for workbooks, executions,
   workflows and tasks.
 * v2 commands are set by default

TODO:
  * Unit tests for CLI v2
  * Add ActionManager and Actions CLI
