Nikolay Mahotkin 1a0ccd1414 Implementing run-action command in client
* Introduced new command:
 mistral run-action <name> <input> [--save-result] [--target TARGET]

 * Short options: -s (--save-result), -t (--target)

Implements blueprint mistral-run-individual-action
