Nikola Dipanov 199cb1e4f8 port: Add 'direct-physical' as a valid vnic-type
When creating a port, it is now valid to pass direct-physical as a
vnic-type, as it's been implemented in the following change:

If1ab969c2002c649a3d51635ca2765c262e2d37f

This patch enables this in the neutron CLI.

Python bindings to the Neutron API

This is a client library for Neutron built on the Neutron API. It provides a Python API (the neutronclient module) and a command-line tool (neutron).

Development takes place via the usual OpenStack processes as outlined in the developer guide.
