reedip f9ceed4f43 Add 'shared' option to neutron address-scope-update 
With reference to [1], neutron address-scope-update has 'shared'
option missing. The following patch fixes this issue.

This is a client library for Neutron built on the Neutron API. It provides a Python API (the neutronclient module) and a command-line tool (neutron).
