This is a basic port of the Human Interface Guide from the OpenStack
wiki to our docs.  Content changes for updating, etc, will follow
in a separate review.

OpenStackClient

OpenStackClient (aka OSC) is a command-line client for OpenStack that brings the command set for Compute, Identity, Image, Object Store and Volume APIs together in a single shell with a uniform command structure.

Contributing

Code is hosted on OpenStack's Git server. Submit bugs to the python-openstackclient project on Launchpad. Submit code to the openstack/python-openstackclient project using Gerrit.
